Just some random stuff...

Tonight (technically now last night) was the demolition derby going on during the Ontario County Fair at the fairgrounds/our dirt track (they're combined). I LOVE the demo derby's, because they're just so much fun to watch, and of course this is the first year I've had my digital camera, so I took TONS of pictures of it, which I'll probably have up tomorrow (along with pictures of Lucky - whose doing good after his surgery, btw).

But yes, I'm determined that when I get my license, I'm entering the demolition derby, if only to do it one time, just to say I did it, because it looks like so much damn fun. Annnnd, the hot cowboy won the whole thing, so I was all giddy, because I got to see him all happy with his cowboy hat on. Makes me happy.

Not only that, I ran into Sarah there (I hadn't talked to her in like a week, because she's been at Danny's without a phone) and I saw Cortney who looks about to burst... she's having Caleb next month. I saw TONS of other people there that I hadn't seen in a while... not to mention how many people I saw working last night, it really is unbelievable...

And speaking of working last night, at roughly 1:30 in the morning (technically yesterday) I had two drunk guys come through and when I went to hand them their food, they asked me if I'd flash them (better yet, if they got "shows" at McDonald's). Since this was my first overnight shift, this was my first dealings with these people.

But according to everyone, it only gets worse. So... that'll be fun.

I got the weekend off, and have to go back to work Monday night at 9pm for another night shift... which I don't mind. I actually like the overnight shifts moreso than the normal shifts... less people for you to need to deal with working and just enough work to keep you busy for 8 hours.

And did I mention I got my first check yesterday? LOL, it was only for $10.93 (my orientation check), but a check is a check to me right now.

Only have Busch action this weekend... so gotta savor everything that is on tomorrow, because that's it... though, I did catch a Hooters ProCup race today (Mark finished 2nd :)) and a Busch North Series, which ended up pissing me off because of what happened to Ryan... grr.

But yes, I think this is the end of my rambling entry. :)
